Here are some more pictures from Michigan. After our 10 minutes adventure into Cananda we decided to visit the Soo Locks. It is really cool to see the boats come through the locks.
The lock was located in a park
The entrance to the park, and a very helpful sign.

This is a building that straddles the locks. There are one lock on either side of this building. The other lock is located in Cananda.

This is the far end of one of the locks. A tug boat is entering the Lock to help the larger “tanker like” Boat in the other Lock.

This is the large ship crawling along the Canandian side of the Lock. This is such a large ship there was no way to get a whole picture. I tried but alas the photos did not come through. It took such a long time for this ship to pass through the locks. We had a lot of time to get bored and wander about.
Here is the tip of the ship and a lovely rainbow!
Some lovely Hay that the farmers have rolled into cylinders in the Yoops.

Hi!
I am so sorry to make all of you worry. Dh and I are doing fine, and had a wonderful Halloween. We have just been busy with the house, and the possibility of us moving sometime next year. Everything is a toss up right now, and therefore I am a little worn out.
I have a new camera that I am playing with, so hopefully in the future my photographs will become better, but please don’t hold your breath. I can’t learn the camera and the art of photography that fast. I would be really sad if all five of my readers passed on!
Sorry, no photographs of me in my costume because well I was the photographer and I forgot. But I was the Fairy Goth mother if you really must know. Picture me with white face, black eyeliner, red/black lipstick a tiara, vinyl wings, black skirt, corset, dark purple metallic nail polish and the black jacket worn at Baycon ’06, and a silver glittery wand. Dh outshone me with his costume! Hmmph!
